Engineering work between Deptford and Slade Green will affect trains tomorrow

BUSES will replace trains between New Cross and Dartford tomorrow (January 6) due to engineering works.

The work between Deptford and Slade Green affects the service which starts at London Charing Cross and would then normally call at London Bridge, Deptford, Greenwich, Maze Hill, Westcombe Park, Charlton, Woolwich Dockyard, Woolwich Arsenal, Plumstead, Abbey Wood, Belvedere, Erith, Slade Green, Dartford, Gravesend, Strood, Rochester, Chatham and Gillingham.

Because of the work there will be no trains between London Charing Cross and Dartford via Greenwich.

Trains between London Bridge and Plumstead will not run.

And trains between London Charing Cross and Gillingham will be diverted to call additionally at New Cross and Eltham and will not call at Charlton, Woolwich Arsenal or Abbey Wood.

Journey times are expected to be extended by up to 60 minutes.
