FOOTBALL star siblings Shaun Wright-Phillips and Bradley Wright-Phillips gave school children in West Wickham some sporting tips.
Charlton striker Bradley and England and Queens Park Rangers winger Shaun specially congratulated the girls’ football team at Pickhurst Junior Academy in Pickhurst Lane, West Wickham, after they were named Kent Schools Football Champions.
They spent the afternoon answering questions, autographing PE kits and pencil cases, as well as showing off their penalty-scoring skills.
The visit, which was organised by a father of one of the pupils, finished with a penalty shoot-out between the girls’ team captained by Bradley and the boys’ team led by Shaun, culminating in a draw.
PE teacher Tom Cowan said: “It was brilliant, the kids loved it. They were so excited they were finding anything for the Shaun and Bradley to sign, even pieces of fruit from their lunches.”
