Carers Bromley hosting Carers Rights Day drop-in event

A DROP-IN event for carers where they can learn about benefits available is set to take place in Orpington.
On November 30 Carers Bromley is opening its doors for the event where people can have their questions answered by Department for Work and Pensions representatives and meet other carers.
They will also be able to get guidance managing risks, such as a person falling, from healthcare company Tunstall UK.
Carers Bromley’s respite services manager Graham Skingley said: “Carers that come will benefit by discovering other advantages of being a carer that they didn’t already know about.”
The event runs from11am to 3pm at Carers Bromley, Caritas House, 2nd Floor, Tregony Road, Orpington.
