AT the Yorkshire Press Awards late last year, I noticed a fellow scribe in a woolly hat.

At almost every black tie do I’ve been to, I’ve seen someone wearing some sort of protest accessory to their bow tie and penguin suit and that is what I assumed the hat to be.

But it wasn’t. The hat-wearer in question was a man by the name of Adrian Sudbury and here is - his story

Reading through the vast archive of this blog is like a trip on a rollercoaster. What shines through, more than anything else, is a story of immense courage.

I read an article once which suggested that good web logs will become the literary classics of their day. Adrian’s mesmeric story certainly deserves to do that.
