A housing development in Erith is releasing 21 more homes for sale in its second phase of development
The Quarry estate in Bexley, which currently has 600 homes, will offer three and four bedroom terraced and semi-detached houses for sale from April 21.
Asking prices for these houses start at £420,000 and will be available through the government's help to buy scheme.
The houses on this eco-development, placed in a disused quarry, generate their own renewable energy.
First opened up for sale in Autumn of 2017, The Quarry development will also house a 'state of the art' primary school.
