A teenage girl has been taken into custody after she was found with a knife in Sidcup.
Bexley Police was called at 1.15am on December 22 after a member of the public spotted a teenager walking through Sidcup with a knife.
Police arrived in Longlands Avenue and found two teenage girls.
A 14-year-old was searched and police found her in possession of a large knife.
She was arrested at the scene and taken to a south London police station.
Earlier this week, police in Bromley found a 14-year-old boy carrying a kitchen knife at the Glades Shopping centre.
He was taken into custody.
