'Blood everywhere' after alleged assault at Hither Green station
A teenager was arrested after an alleged assault on the platform at Hither Green station left “blood everywhere”.
Police were called to reports of a fight on a platform at 7.17pm on September 9.
Officers attended the scene and found a 44–year-old man had sustained a cut to his cheek and his lip.
A witness wrote on Facebook that there was “a lot of blood on platform 4”.
A 16-year-old boy from Bexley was arrested on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm. He has been released under investigation.
