Children helped litter pick in Crayford to help keep the area 'clean and green'.
Bexley’s Schools Waste Action Club worked with the 3rd Crayford Brownies to litter pick in and around Shenstone Park and help make the area look its best.
All of the rubbish that was collected was separated for recycling.
Cabinet Member for Community Safety, Environment and Leisure Councillor Peter Craske said: “It’s great to see our young people taking pride in where they live and helping to keep the community clean and green. We cannot be everywhere, so having residents who are willing to enhance the services we provide is good for all of us.”
