Officers swarmed a house in Orpington as part of the investigation into the murder of George Barker, the Met Police said.
A spokesman for the force confirmed four warrants were issued for addresses in south-east London and Kent.
A raid, which took place early this morning, was confirmed to have taken place in Winterborne Avenue.
Mr Barker, from South Darenth, who was buried on Friday, was stabbed to death at the Double K kickboxing gym in Bexley.
The 24-year-old died from stab wounds to the chest and abdomen on November 14 last year, five days after his girlfriend give birth to a baby girl.
Police have previously appealed for information and said they believe there were five men waiting for Mr Barker at the gym on the morning of his murder.
No arrests have been made.
