A man was arrested in Bexleyheath last night (Tuesday) after a group of youths dressed as clowns were allegedly attacking passing cars.

Jade Strong, 21, from Bexley, was driving home with a friend through Danson Park when they saw two figures in the darkness.

Ms Strong told News Shopper that she put her full beams to reveal two people dressed as clowns facing the car.

She said: "One of them had a white and grey jumper on with a white clown mask and big red hair and the other one was all in black with an orange and gold clown face.

"So I started to speed up but could only go so fast because of the speed bumps.
