Four fire engines and 21 firefighters dealt with a blaze at a block of flats in Erith.
The flames completely damaged the balcony of a flat on the first floor of the building in Becton Place last Friday (July 22).
A cigarette, which was dropped from an upper floor balcony, is believed to be the cause of the fire.
Crews from Bexley, Erith and Plumstead attended the scene.
