A road in Erith will be closed for more than two weeks for surfacing work.
Northend Road will shut overnight on weekdays between 7pm – 2am from July 25, and repairs are set to end on August 12.
The surfacing is in the final stage of improvement to provide a right turn out of Bridge Road and Colyers Lane.
Work started to better pedestrian access earlier this year in January, but the surfacing was delayed until the school holidays to minimise disruption.
Northend Road will be closed to Dartford-bound traffic travelling from Larner Road during stage one of the works.
Stage two of the night time road closures will affect the Erith-bound carriageway in Northend Road and will start on August 8 and finish four days later.
Bexley Council has apologised for any inconvenience caused by the “essential” overnight works.
