A man in his 40s was taken by air ambulance to a central London hospital, after a crash involving a car and a motorbike in Erith High Street yesterday (November 10).
London Ambulance Service's (LAS) air ambulance was reportedly on the scene for 45 minutes, after the crash outside the Running Horses pub at 12.35pm.
An LAS spokesman said: "We treated a man for a back injury.
"He was reported to be in his 40s, and was taken by air to a central London hospital."
An ambulance and incident response officer were also sent to the smash - along with Met Police officers.
Transport for London said route 99, 229 and 469 buses were on diversion, and subject to delays - whilst the road was closed for around an hour.
