An abandoned horse in Erith will need at least two months of RSPCA care to return to a satisfactory condition.
The skinny mare was found off Yarnton Way by a woman who immediately contacted the police and RSPCA on September 17.

Images on the Dartford Gossip Facebook Facebook page shortly emerged - showing the poor nag's condition.
Since then, she has been put in a private boarding facility and is being cared for and treated by a vet.
A spokeswoman for the RSPCA said: "The horse is doing well - she's got a long way to go as she's so poorly but is getting better by the day.

"We'll see how she gets on and it's hoped she can eventually be rehomed.
"We have everything crossed for her."
An inspector revealed the horse is still improving but will need at least another two months to return to an ideal condition.

The RSPCA has no update on the case and is still appealing for information.
The spokeswoman added: "We can't confirm or deny whether we've had a complaint about a person until a decision has been made to bring a prosecution.
"We get so many complaints that don't turn out to have any cause for concern and some which are even malicious.
"So it would be wrong for us to give out that kind of information at this time."
