A 16-year-old girl who was missing from Sidcup has been found, after she and her 51-year-old companion attended a south east London police station at 4pm today (May 26).

Kaylie Hatton, who was described by police as 'vulnerable', has been missing for over a week, and was thought to be with Fred Finch, from Eltham.

The pair remain at the police station at this time - Met Police say they are 'safe and well' and Kaylie's family have been informed.

Kaylie climbed out of a window at her grandmother's Sidcup home in the early hours of the morning on Saturday, May 16.

She and Mr Finch were last seen together on Sunday, May 17, at a friend's house in Woolwich between 4pm and 8pm.

Chief Supt Jeff Boothe

“They have not seen or heard from her for over a week now and urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to come forward.

"I would appeal to anyone who may have seen Kaylie or Fred Finch in the last week or have any information of where they could be to contact us immediately.

“From enquiries and possible sightings, we think they maybe in the southeast London area.

"It is possible that someone knows where they could be and it is vital they speak to us to help officers with their enquiries to find these individuals safe and well as soon as possible."

Kaylie is a white female with long blonde hair, which may have been dyed dark, and could pass for a 21-year-old.
