A tiny puppy has been found after she was stolen from her home in Erith.

News Shopper put out an appeal yesterday after 10-week-old Dotty was taken from Holstein Way on Monday (March 2) between 7.30pm and 9pm.

Her owner, who asked not to be named, was out at the time, but returned home to find the front door smashed in and the dog - a Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross - missing.

This afternoon the two were reunited, after the young dog was found wandering the streets of Abbey Wood and taken to a local vet.

The owner said she was "very happy" to have her back.
