A second man has been charged with the murder of Olamide Fasina in Thamesmead.

Mr Fasina, 25, also known as Ben, was stabbed in the heart after being cornered by a gang near Wolvercote Road on October 14.

Alvin Ansah-Baathy, 22, of Old Dover Road, Blackheath, has now been charged with the murder and is due in court tomorrow (October 31).

Last night, Louis Henry, aged 21, of no fixed abode, was also charged with the murder.

He was due to appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court this morning (October 30).

An 18-year-old man who was arrested yesterday is currently in police custody. A fourth man, aged 22, remains on bail pending further enquiries.
