A man is to be sentenced for allowing his dog to attack a woman in a Sidcup park.
A Staffordshire Bull Terrier belonging to Daniel Hulott, 24, was not wearing a collar in Waring Park on June 2.
The animal was out of control when it attacked and injured Mary Burden.
On August 27 at Bexley Magistrates’ Court, Hulott pleaded guilty to one count of being in charge of a dog dangerously out of control causing injury.
Hulott, of Birkbeck Road, Sidcup, was due to attend the same court on September 24 to be sentenced but did not do so.
In his absence magistrates rearranged the sentencing for October 9.
