A Golden Retriever brought traffic to a halt in Bexley village this morning after it escaped from its home.
The dog was seen by passers-by and drivers jumping around in the middle of High Street near the roundabout where the road joins North Cray Road.
A moped rider tried to grab the dog at about 7am and stop it running in the road but he was unsuccessful.
The owner was seen running from one side of the road to the other trying to catch the dog who just didn't want to be caught.
