Belvedere man denies string of sex offences with teenage girls

A 41-YEAR-OLD Belvedere man has appeared in court for a string of offences relating to sexual activity with teenage girls.
Ranjit Singh Gojra, of Bedonwell Road, faces 13 charges for offences that occurred between 2003 and 2008.
Gojra is charged with nine counts of engaging in penetrative sexual activity with girls aged under 15 and two counts of inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity.
He also faces two charges of gross indecency with a girl under 16.
Gojra denied the charges when he appeared at Woolwich Crown Court on Friday (January 4) and will next appear at the same court for a plea and case management hearing on March 14.
A provisional trial date has been set for July 15.
