BEXLEYHEATH will be visited by Transport for London tomorrow (Dec 6), showcasing proposals for two new Thames river crossings.
From 10am to 8pm TfL is holding a public road show at the Broadway Shopping Centre, giving people the chance to come and discuss the crossings.
The two main proposals are the Silvertown Tunnel - a new road tunnel running between the Greenwich Peninsula and Silvertown, and the Gallions Reach Ferry - a new vehicle ferry running between Thamesmead and Beckton.
Staff from TfL will be available to answer questions and explain the proposals. People will also have the opportunity to complete a questionnaire with their views.
