The victim was treated for his injuries at the scene at a flat in Kingsley Wood Drive after emergency services were called just after 3pm.
But he could not be saved and he was pronounced dead at 3.51pm.
His next of kin have been informed but he has not yet been formally identified.
A 24-year-old man, who was also stabbed at the party, was taken to a south London hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
