STUDENTS made a beeline for The Glades Student Lock-In to take advantage of a shopping spectacular.
On October 9, between 6.30pm and 8.30pm, they were treated to a range of discounts and offers from over forty retailers.
Radio 1Xtra DJ Moses Midas played a special set while boy band London Road treated young shoppers to an acoustic performance.
Marketing manager for The Glades, Maria Cooper, said: "The Student Lock-In was a huge success for the centre and we are thrilled to have been able to offer our local students a fun filled evening of great offers from so many of our retailers along with some fantastic music.
"I’m sure the members of London Road have definitely picked up a few new admirers myself included."
