Police detained the two men in a hotel car park in Gravesend.
A GRAVESEND man has been charged with stealing a cash machine from Brands Hatch race track.
Jason Reader, aged 37, of Valley Drive is accused of theft of a cash machine and taking of a vehicle without consent of the owner.
Late on Wednesday (October 3) night, a stand-alone cash point was stolen from the race circuit and loaded into a van.
Officers later found the van and two suspects in the car park of a hotel, in Haven Court Road, Gravesend, where they were detained.
David Wilson, aged 40, of no fixed abode, also faces the same two charges.
Both were remanded in custody after an appearance at Sevenoaks Magistrates Court and will appear at Maidstone Crown Court on October 15 for a preliminary hearing.
