Liam Smith, aged 26, formerly of Thorndon Close, St Paul's Cray, is due to appear at the Old Bailey tomorrow (October 10) charged with the murder of James Harris-Durkin and perverting the course of justice.
Leanne Turner, aged 25, also formerly of Thorndon Close, is also set to appear charged with perverting the course of justice.
Mr Harris-Durkin died on June 5 following a Diamond Jubilee celebration barbecue.
The 21-year-old was found suffering with a head injury in Court Road, Orpington, at around 3am that day.
