Police appeal after rape on Winn's Common, Woolwich
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a woman was raped in Winn's Common, Plumstead.
The 24-year-old woman was attacked in the park on Lakedale Road, close to Winn Common Road, by three men at around 10.30pm on September 1.
Police say she was grabbed by one man and raped close to the road. A passer-by disturbed the attackers, shouting at them and causing them to flee.
Officers have carried out a number of enquiries since the attack but the men remain unidentified.
They are described as Asian in appearance, wearing dark scruffy clothing and aged from 20 to 30.
Detective Constable Alex Brown who is leading the investigation said: "We are appealing for anyone who was in or around the area that night to contact us about what they may have seen."

A 25-year-old man arrested in connection with the incident has been bailed pending further enquiries.
