Eighth landlords forum to take place in Bromley
ANYONE who is thinking of renting their property or has a vacancy is invited to Bromley Council’s eighth annual landlords forum.
At the event landlords and prospective landlords will be able to learn about the impact changes to the benefits system will have on tenants.
They will also be able to find out how to find tenants through the council’s private rental schemes and meet organisations with an interest in rental property.
Executive councillor for care services Cllr Robert Evans said: “This event is an important part in improving how we work with landlords in Bromley and neighbouring areas to increase the number of private properties available to rent.”
The event is taking place on October 9 at the Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, from 6pm.
