Two fire engines tackle Northfleet garage fire

TWO fire engines were called to a garage fire in Northfleet last night (September 20).

The crews from Thameside were alerted to the blaze in a garage in Greenhill Road at 11:59pm.

On arrival, they found a pile of rubbish inside the garage on fire.

Firefighters spent just over 20 minutes at the scene extinguishing the flames.
