A 25-YEAR-OLD man who died on rail tracks at Woolwich Dockyard station after fleeing from police has been named.
The incident happened at around 10.20pm on September 9 when a marked police carrier stopped a car in Belson Road, Woolwich.
One of the three people inside, Dinh-Tuyen Dang from Vietnam, fled the car and was later seen on the tracks.
A spokesman for the British transport Police said: "The incident is currently being treated as non-suspicious.
"A post-mortem determined electrocution as the cause of death.
"An inquest into Mr Dang’s death has been opened and adjourned and officers will prepare a file for the coroner."
