FIREFIGHTERS attended a blaze in Bromley after a row of sheds caught alight on Tuesday (18) morning.

Two fire crews started tackling the fire at midnight and managed to have it under control at 12:30am.

A range of garden sheds and outbuildings were on fire in between Canon Road and Liddon Road.

One resident, who lives on Canon Road parallel to Liddon road, described how the fire was outside his bedroom window.

Student John Birch, 21, said: "It was literally outside my window and coming from down the road.

"It was pretty weird. I could hear crackling noises as the wood caught fire."

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
