A BROMLEY-based police community support officer is due to appear at Croydon Magistrates' Court next on September 20 charged with nine counts of possessing indecent images of children.

The PCSO Daniel Trayling, aged 23, was arrested on February 24 and then bailed before being charged on Wednesday.

He is currently suspended and will remain so until court proceedings have finished.
