Woolwich fire at Anglesea Road flats tackled by London Fire Brigade

FIRE crews were called to a small blaze on the balcony of a Woolwich maisonette this afternoon.
The fire broke out at a seven-storey block of flats in Anglesea Road, affecting a property on the first and second floors.
A spokesman for the London Fire Brigade said the flames were put out in around 20 minutes and firefighters managed to stop it spreading.
The fire was under control by 12.20pm.
