Jonathan James pleaded not guilty at Dartford Magistrates Court.
A GREENHITHE man whose dog allegedly injured a girl in Dartford has denied a charge in court.
Jonathan James, aged 21, of Morgan Drive, pleaded not guilty to allowing his dog to be dangerously out of control in a public place.
It is alleged his dog attacked the girl on February 23 this year on a footpath in London Road, Dartford.
James, who appeared at Dartford Magistrates’ Court on August 24, will return to the same court for a case management hearing on September 13.
