This is an ever-growing problem. Until the courts and the government have the balls to stand up and say enough is enough, this is only going to get worse. Sentences need to be tougher. Innocent people have already been caught in the crossfire, this has to stop. It is already out of hand. Wake up and do something. I would happily pay 1% more income tax to build more prisons and lock these evil scumbags up for years. Make their sentences long and hard, and maybe, just maybe when they eventually get out, they may think twice. You carry a weapon, knife or gun you get a minimum 5 year mandatory sentence.
