Executive councillor for education Cllr Stephen Wells said: “Bromley has a well deserved longstanding reputation for the quality of teaching in its schools and that has clearly been demonstrated again this year in our secondary schools, the vast majority of which are now academies.

“I would like to congratulate our incredibly hard working young people and pay tribute to the fine quality of teaching in the borough.

“I wish all our young people the very best for the future as they move on to further education or into the workplace.

“I am sure that they will continue to give an excellent account of themselves in the future."
