POLICE have charged a third person with the murder of 54-year-old Prabjot Singh Rayat in Thamesmead.
The father-of-three, of Pickford Lane in Bexleyheath, died of a stab wound and his body was found at his Rayat Autos business on an industrial estate in Nathan Way, Thamesmead, early on June 8.
Henry Clifford Collins, aged 39, of Erith Road, Belvedere, was arrested in Gravesend on Monday and was charged early this morning.
He will appear at Greenwich Magistrates’ Court later today.
Robert Burrows, aged 33, of Dylan Road, Belevdere, and Surinder Chana, aged 44, of Lower Park Road, Belvedere, were previously charged with murder and were remanded in custody at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (June 19) for an Old Bailey hearing on September 21.
