The next meeting of the Blackfen Forum will take place at Our Lady of the Rosary Church Hall, Burnt Oak Lane, Blackfen, on October 25 at 7.30pm.
Matters raised at previous meetings include traffic congestion and delays, car parking facilities, road and pedestrian safety, litter and graffiti, disorder and vandalism, and the overall "untidy" appearance of the main shopping area.
Councillors representing the three wards between which Blackfen is divided have been invited to attend and it is hoped they will be able to indicate what progress has been made in these matters together with any plans for the future development of Blackfen.
Representatives of the police Safer Neighbourhood teams have also been invited.
Attendance at the meeting is open to residents, representatives of businesses, associations, voluntary organisations and community groups located within Blackfen.
