A 32-year-old man from Longfield is in intensive care after his car crashed into an embankment and collided with a tree.
Police were called to Main Road, in Longfield Hill, at 6:55pm last night (June 11) to reports that a black Ford Mondeo had left the road.
The driver was taken to Kings College Hospital in London with serious injuries, where he remains today.
Kent Police are keen for any witnesses to the incident to come forward.
They are particularly keen for two men in a white van who helped at the scene before police arrived to contact them.
One of the men is described as white and the other of Asian appearance.
