A WEEK of events is set to take place across Bromley to celebrate carers.
With the theme In Sickness and in Health the aim is to recognise and celebrate the dedication of people who look after loved ones with a series of events.
Activities during the week, which runs from June 18 to 24, will include a quiz night at The Greyhound pub, Keston, on June 21, and a tea party at the Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley.
Carers Bromley chief executive Lynne Powrie said: “Caring can be incredibly demanding and it’s important that we raise awareness of the local services that can help.”
