A 22-YEAR-OLD man and two teenagers have been convicted after a man was stabbed seven times in Belvedere.

Michael Spencer, of Lincoln Road, Erith, – also known as Michael Osumi –, along with two boys aged 16 and 17, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were found guilty of wounding with intent at Woolwich Crown Court last Friday (May 25).

The trio had denied all charges.

The victim, Blessing Eyewu-Ago, was stabbed seven times, including to the side of the head, in an attack in Norman Road, Belvedere, on November 30 last year.

He was taken to hospital with a collapsed lung in a "life threatening" condition.

All three will be sentenced on June 22.
