LEWISHAM Council is hoping to dig up major gardening talents who have turned the borough into a natural nirvana.
The Lewisham In Bloom contest encourages people to make the area a little brighter with their horticultural skills.
Nevermind if you are a school, church, restaurant, pub, hotel or business - all are encouraged to take part.
Friends, relatives or neighbours can also nominate a garden or display that they feel deserves recognition.
Entry is free with categories ranging from window boxes to communal spaces.
The closing date for entries is June 29 with judging the following month. First prize is £150, with £100 for second and £75 for third.
