A WOMAN arrested after a month-old baby suffered serious injuries in Gravesend has been released without charge.
The 34-year-old was on bail over the incident, but police have said today she will not face charges.
Nathan Rawling, 35, of St Gregory's Crescent, Gravesend, appeared at Maidstone Magistrates' Court on May 12 charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent on December 1 last year.
He is on conditional bail and will appear at Maidstone Crown Court on May 25.
The baby has made a full recovery
