A CARDIAC support group is inviting sufferers and their families to their next meeting.
Ace of Hearts will be meeting on May 9 at Frognal House in Frognal Avenue, Sidcup from 1pm until 3pm.
Master practitioner of neuro linguistic programming and hypnosis Jeni Cambell will be guest speaking at the event about the brain and its thought patterns.
Cardiac rehabilitation and exercise specialist for the group, Amanda Mitchell said: “This will be a great opportunity to come along.
“Within the talk Jeni will be showing us some techniques to break the cycle of any unwanted or unhealthy habits.”
The meeting is free and refreshments will be provided.
