A POLICE helicopter and dog units were brought in to help arrest two teenagers suspected of stealing a BMW in Bickley.
The units were called after the BMW Tourer had been set on fire in Bassetts Way, Farnborough, and officers realised it had been stolen from an address in Bickley on April 2.
Two suspects were arrested just before midnight on Friday (April 27) after being found in nearby woodland.
Charlie Hurley, of Walsingham Road, St Paul's Cray, has been charged with aggravated vehicle taking without consent, arson and dangerous driving.
The 19-year-old has also been charged with driving without insurance and driving not in accordance with a licence.
A 17-year-old boy, from Orpington, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with aggravated vehicle taking without consent and arson.
Both have been bailed to appear at Bromley Magistrates Court on May 15.
