Firefighters tackle fire in Lee Green park
FIREFIGHTERS were called to a park in Lee Green after a fence and some shrubbery caught fire last night (April 22).
It took the crew around 25 minutes to deal with the blaze which destroyed around 3m of fencing in Northbrook Park.
They believe the fire had been burning for several hours before they got the call at around 11pm.
