POLICE are appealing for information to trace the whereabouts of a vulnerable missing man from Charlton.
Damian Justin Wall, aged 32, was last seen at Memorial Hospital in Shooters Hill at around 12 noon on April 1.
Mr Wall is described as white, 5ft 8in to 6ft tall, and of medium build.
He was wearing a green striped jumper, black trousers and black shoes when he was seen shortly before going missing.
PC Rhianne Trill, the officer in the case, said: "We are concerned for Damian's welfare and both police and his family are keen to locate him as soon as possible.
"We believe he may be staying with friends based in the borough of Greenwich.
"Damian needs his medications in order to maintain his wellbeing - we therefore urge anyone with information to contact us as soon as possible."
