BROMLEY police are warning motorists not to leave valuables in their car following a recent spate of thefts from vehicles.
The incidents all happened where valuables were left on display.
Officers are advising drivers never to leave sunglasses, Sat Navs, cash, mobile phones, keys or cash cards in their car.
People should also wipe away the Sat Nav mark on their windscreen.
A police spokesman said: "Most vehicle crime is preventable. It can take as little as 10 seconds for a thief to steal something from a car. If at all possible, leave nothing on view."
