Trevor Franklin pleads not guilty to sexual assault
A PENSIONER has pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl.
Trevor Franklin, 83, of Mayplace Road East, in Bexleyheath, is charged with three counts of sexual assault on a female at his home address.
It is alleged Franklin touched the teenager with sexual intent between June 2010 and February 2011.
Franklin also pleaded not guilty to a separate charge of assault on a girl under the age of 13 during 2008.
He appeared at Greenwich Magistrates’ Court on Thursday to enter his not guilty plea. (April 29)
The pensioner will next appear at Woolwich Crown Court for trial on April 26.
