Jackie Exon was found safe and well
A WOMAN with Down's syndrome who went missing in Lewisham yesterday has been found.
Police had raised concern over Jackie Exon, 42, who was last been seen at 8am yesterday.
But a spokesman for the Met Police said: "She was found safe and well today (March 30).
"We thank the media for its assistance with the appeal."
