ST Christopher's Hospice has teamed up with Crystal Palace FC to raise a laugh and some much needed funding.

The Eagles have announced they will be holding a comedy night in aid of the Sydenham hospice and the club's youth academy on May 14.

Top comedians including Sean Lock, Alan Davies, Mark Steel and Seann Walsh will be performing in a marquee on the pitch at Selhurst Park.

The event, starting at 7pm, will be hosted by fellow comics Kevin Day and Jo Brand.

A signed Palace shirt was also raffled before the team's game against Peterborough on Saturday, which marked the start of Help the Hospices Football Week.

Tickets for the comedy night are already on sale priced at £20 adults, £15 senior concession / students.

Tickets can be bought from the CPFC box office on 08712 00 00 71 or by email at boxoffice@cpfc.co.uk
